Aioner Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By adding Aioner (the “Bot”) to a Discord server, or by sending messages in a server where the Bot is active, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not add the Bot and ask the server administrators to remove it.
The Bot is operated by morsisko (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms apply to server owners and administrators who add the Bot, and to every member of a server where the Bot is active (“Users”).
The Bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.
2. What the Bot does
The Bot awards experience points (“XP”) to Users for messages they send in servers where it is active, subject to anti-spam rules such as cooldowns between rewarded messages. It uses that XP to build a per-server leaderboard and may display Users’ names, levels, and rankings to other members of that server.
The Bot is provided free of charge. We may add, change, or remove features at any time without notice.
XP, levels, and rankings have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and do not create any entitlement or claim against us.
3. Eligibility and Discord’s rules
You may only use the Bot if you are allowed to use Discord under the Discord Terms of Service, which require you to be at least 13 years old (or older where your local law sets a higher minimum age). Your use of the Bot is also subject to the Discord Community Guidelines and Discord’s policies for applications. Where these Terms and Discord’s rules conflict, Discord’s rules take priority.
Server owners and administrators who add the Bot are responsible for telling their members that the Bot is active and for configuring it in a way that complies with their server’s rules.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send spam, repeated, automated, or meaningless messages for the purpose of gaining XP, or use self-bots, macros, scripts, or alternate accounts to farm XP.
- Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or gain unauthorised access to the Bot, its servers, or its data.
- Use the Bot to harass, impersonate, or harm other Users, or to collect other Users’ data.
- Use the Bot in any way that breaks the law or Discord’s rules.
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, reset or adjust XP, remove a User from leaderboards, block a User or server from using the Bot, or remove the Bot from a server if we believe these Terms have been broken.
5. Your data
To provide leaderboards, the Bot stores your Discord user ID, your username, the ID of each server where you earn XP, your XP total and the number of rewarded messages in that server, and the time of your last rewarded message (used for cooldowns). The Bot does not store the content of your messages.
How we collect, use, keep, and delete this data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting us at aioner@aioner.xyz.
6. Availability and termination
The Bot is a hobby project offered “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may take it offline for maintenance or shut it down permanently at any time. XP may be lost as a result of outages, bugs, data loss, or changes to the Bot, and we are under no obligation to restore it.
You can stop using the Bot at any time. Server administrators can remove the Bot from their server at any time. We may stop providing the Bot to you or to any server at any time, with or without reason.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, XP, or rankings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Bot. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Bot will not exceed the amount you paid us to use it, which is zero.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
8. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. For significant changes we will try to give notice, for example on the Bot’s website. Continuing to use the Bot after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Poland, unless the law that applies to you gives you a different right.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
